Production Control Coordinator
Location: Leicester
Shifts: Monday - Friday
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

Metalis are currently supporting a global aerospace businesses looking to recruit a production control coordinator in a new role for the business..


The role is 39Hours a week. Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:25 & 08:00 - 15:50 on a Friday. Our client is looking for someone experienced in the role who can bring new ways of working and methodologies ideally from an aerospace or precision background.

The Role:

  • Oversee all production planning from receiving customer order, contract review, planning work and booking delivery out.
  • Managing KPI's - ensuring targets are met.
  • Ensure correct filing of paperwork and digital records.
  • Complete shipping documentation.
  • Ensure goods in/out is being correctly booked with logistics team.
  • Manage Subcon teams and inline with the business.
  • Forecasting and submitted to correct stakeholders.

Shifts & Salary:

  • £32,000 - £35,000 D.O.E
  • Permanent Opportunity.
  • Monday - Friday.

Ideal Experience:

  • Experience with MRP and delivery booking software.
  • Experience working in manufacturing/aerospace/automotive.
  • An organised individual who plans clearly.
  • Excellent IT Skills across Microsoft and particularly Excel
  • Experience in demand planning.
