Super role for someone with practical experience (such as production, assembly, machine operation, dispatch or similar) seeking to join a fantastic team culture in an esteemed regional employer!

Expanding their team, the company seek someone to learn and grow with the company - working across all core production processes, requiring both practical attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Day to day, you will work with a team and independently to fulfil deadlines across all stages of the production process - including developing specialist technical knowledge.

Light production role, with no heavy lifting and chance to grow a valued skillset.

Based on the outskirts of Tonbridge, accessible easily by bus, train and car - this an opportunity to join a modern working environment, in a role with full training, career potential and chance to learn and work with state of the art processes.

Monday - Friday, working day shifts only - good chance work life balance!

Salary paid with experience - £24-28000 + free parking + benefits including great holiday + pension
