Are you passionate about delivering high-quality customer support to your customers? Do you have a knowledge of electromechanical products? Our client is a world leading manufacturer who prides itself on their customer support, who are looking for a Product Support Specialist to join their small and friendly team. The ideal candidate will have an electrical bias, with strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

Product Support Specialist
Job Description
  • Be the first point of contact for all technical queries for a global customer base
  • Offering technical support via phone, email and video calls
  • Fault diagnosis for electrical and mechanical issues
  • Keep all details up to date using data and document management tools
  • Review and update product manuals, datasheets and bills of materials.

Product Support Specialist
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • In depth experience working in a Product Support role or similar
  • Electrical knowledge (PLC operated machines, wiring panelling)
  • Previously worked within a manufacturing environment
  • Full current driving license, with a car
