Product Specialist / Pre-Sales Consultant (Aviation Technology) West Drayton to £60k

Are you a tech savvy Product Specialist with a good understanding of Aviation Operations?

You could be progressing your career in an impactful role at a scale-up tech company.

As a Product Specialist you will support sales processes, adopting a marketing mindset to provide pre-sales technical support and deliver compelling demos that convey highly complex solutions in a compelling way that makes it easy to understand the business benefits to the client. You'll act as an SME, collaborating with various commercial teams across the business to provide product expertise, define and communicate product features and USPs. Responsibilities will also encompass providing training via webinars, How-To videos and eLearning materials.

Location / WFH:

You'll join the team in modern West Drayton offices three days a week (free parking available), and will have flexibility to work from home two days a week.

About you:

• You have experience in a similar Product Specialist / Technical Sales / Pre-Sales roles
• You have a good knowledge of the aviation industry
• You're tech savvy, able to gain an indepth understanding of the product and present it to non-technical audiences using a marketing approach
• You're collaborative with excellent communication and presentation skills, previous experience of delivering training would be great but not essential
