ROLE DESCRIPTION:The role of the photographer involves capturing and enhancing product images to showcase them effectively on company websites. Responsibilities include maintaining a well-organized database of photographs, conceptualizing innovative ideas for photoshoots, and hiring models as needed. Additionally, the photographer arranges props, sets up lighting and camera equipment, and selects suitable indoor and outdoor locations for shoots.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking and editing pictures of products.
  • Optimizing the pictures to be used on company websites.
  • Maintaining a proper database of the photographs.
  • Coming up with innovative and creative ideas for product photoshoots
  • Hiring models as and when required.
  • Arranging props and mannequins.
  • Setting up the lighting and camera equipment.
  • Selecting location of the shoot, indoors as well as outdoors

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of studio photography experience, including product photography.
  • Experience of working to, and meeting, targets.
  • Proficient in photo editing software and optimizing images for websites.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining a photo database.
  • Ability to generate creative ideas for product photoshoots.
  • Experience in hiring models and arranging props.
  • Familiarity with lighting and camera equipment setup.
  • Capability to select suitable indoor and outdoor shoot locations.
