    We are recruiting for a Product Owner who is responsible for delivery of software solutions to councils / NHS and private sector.

    The company provides a platform that streamlines customer experience, particularly how the customer interacts with the company…. This can range from online forms through to portals allowing users to log issues that are automatically forwarded to the appropriate supplier for fix / repair. In essence any process that can be automated with a reduction in human interface.

    The Product owner will have two key responsibilities:

    1. Implement bespoke solutions for newly acquired customers.
    2. Improve the base product for faster future implementations.

    The product owner role will suit someone who has several years’ product owner experience and also several years’ experience working for, or with, Public sector or private.

    The Product Owner role is predominantly remote, with a requirement to be in the office (MK postcode) once a month. There may be additional travel to customer sites but predominately my client is a digital first software company.

    • The company is well established with over 350 employees
    • Experience using Azure Devops for product backlog would be advantageous
