Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst is sought by buoyant Reinsurance group with offices based in the heart of the city. This role will join a vibrant, high-functioning business intelligence team working within a fast-growing division of hugely successful global insurer. As Product Owner you will lead product development team to oversee all areas of development for a key data-driven platform. This is a strategic position that also includes the management of a small team including some offshore colleagues. The ideal person here will be proactive and forward-thinking with a passion for data and technology.

This is a hybrid role. This is an initial 12 month FTC Maternity contract which should convert to a permanent role thereafter.

Key Requirements:

• Experience as a data/technology focused Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst
• Strong agile experience
• Experience leading small teams (any offshore experience highly desire)
• Excellent Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Superb attention to detail
• Previous experience within (re)insurance company
