Want to be the first dedicated Product Manager for a London based high growth tech company? Are you charismatic, want to help scale up a company and have a passion for food? Then this could be the job for you.

You will shape their product development practices and drive a product centric data driven approach across their teams. Working closely with internal teams and clients to improve product adoption, user experience and how they gather, prioritise & action product feedback.

Role: Product Manager (Operations)

Location: Central London Hybrid role - 3 days a week in the office

Salary: £55K - £60K plus bonus plus 25 days holidays, options and other perks

They require:

  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or product owner roles.
  • Experience with product management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly structured and process-oriented approach to work.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a desire to make the complex simple for stakeholders.
  • Determined, capable of 'getting stuck in’ and delivering results in a start-up high growth environment.
  • Well-rounded and willing to flex to take ownership where necessary beyond core responsibilities.
  • Enjoys working with people (facilitating and collaborating).
  • Excited by the end game and motivated by building an enterprise
  • Charismatic and energetic with a passion for food
