We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join a leading biotechnology company based in Wales. As the Product Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the life cycle of the product, outlining enhancements, and converting the requirements of the company plan into product development.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Product Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Establish objectives for deployment and decide which existing product enhancements are the most advantageous.

2. Create and execute go-to-market plans that include price, marketing strategy, early access programs, volume projections, and app notes.

3. Comprehend the competitive and market environment, perform SWOT analysis, and gather competition intelligence.

4. Convert the requirements of corporate strategy into roadmaps for product development.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Product Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a scientific related discipline. MSc or PhD preferred.

2. Proven industry experience in biotechnology space, with bioprocessing solutions experience.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with product management, developing product portfolio and marketing.
