Product Manager - Personal Care - Cambridgeshire

Looking for both graduates and experienced Product / Project Manager's for one of the top UK manufacturing partners for well known brands and retailers. The award winning business has is renowned for developing their staff, there are genuine opportunities to progress your career to Senior Product Manager level and beyond. For graduates you would have a set salary increase every periodically over a 3 year period. For more experienced Product Managers you will be managing projects for a business with an excellent reputation setting the benchmark in regards to quality and innovation within Private Label and Contract Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Project management and managing artwork process
  • Customer Interface and liaising with packaging suppliers
  • Preparation of seal sample for customers
  • BOM creation
  • CPM
  • Multiple other duties supporting the daily management of a multiple retail accounts and supporting the NPD process

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in Project Management, Business Management or relevant subject
  • A passion for cosmetics would be preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects
  • MS Office systems including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Commercially competent and good Analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Cultural fit is key; creative, positive, ambitious and focused
  • Clean driving licence
