Product Manager - Oxford/Hybrid Working - Upto £70,000

The Role:

As a Product Manager you will work with the Engineering teams and real users to develop new features that better serve real people.

  • Work with the internal teams and real users to fully understand business and customer needs
  • Take ownership for the creation of the vision for relevant digital features, including defining, owning and delivering the Most Valuable Products (MVP) and prioritisation of the feature backlog
  • Provide input into the digital strategy and take ownership for delivery of role in line with the strategy
  • Utilise data to drive decisions and inform the product roadmap

About you:

  • 3+ years proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager in an Agile software development environment
  • Proven experience conducting workshops and user observations to gather feedback and insights
  • Passionate about making a difference to real people - proven experience within HealthTech is essential!

  • £50,000 - £70,000 - depending on experience
