Product Manager

If so, look no further! Autoglym is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our Marketing team based in Letchworth Garden City. This is a brand-new, full time-time, permanent opportunity, working 2 days in the office and the remainder from home.

So as a Product Manager, what will you be doing?

• Working closely with your Marketing colleagues and other departments, you will contribute to the strategic planning and execution of product initiatives.
• You will take ownership within Marketing of the new & existing product development process, contributing to the growth strategy and innovation roadmap.
• Alongside the Innovation and Technical teams, you will manage the product concepts through the development cycle, managing the critical path for Marketing tasks and collating input from marketing colleagues to deliver stage gate requirements to deadlines.
• You will proactively identify opportunities to improve our existing portfolio while conducting market research and product trials, and will monitor portfolio performance and report insights to key stakeholders.

So who are we looking for? Proven experience in product management, preferably within the automotive industry or consumer goods sector. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions. An analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Although not essential, a degree in business, marketing, or related field would be highly advantageous.
