My client, a Software Provider into the Retail sector, are looking for a Product Manager with a strong experience within telecoms.

The role is paying up to £70,000 DOE and is a hybrid position with work required in the London Office.

Skillset required:

  • Direct experience of commissioning telephony/similar infrastructure
  • Proven understanding of integrating telephone/multiple device technologies (fixed line and wireless)
  • Any understanding and experience of voice recognition technology & applications would be desirable
  • Well-developed customer-facing skills. Good communicator. Confident.
  • Start up mentality
  • Experience of becoming an SME with new products
  • Proven experience in product management, ideally within the telecommunication or technology based industries.
  • Experience with Agile software development.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Passionate about innovation and driven to make a global impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, and launch innovative blockchain-enabled telecom solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the blockchain and telecommunications sectors.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, deployment, and sales teams to ensure successful product rollouts and adoption.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging feedback to enhance product features and user experience.
  • Partially, and initially, your role will involve some tactical management as Product Owner of the development tasks related to the products you will manage.
