Looking for a Product Manager / Programme Manager with post-trade / securities-services / custodian experience - self-starter, experienced, dynamic and who would contribute to the energy in the team.

Must have good Product Management experience within a post-trade / securities services / custodian environment and must be capable communicators, who can demonstrate domain experience within the Funds business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership of client material required for all client meetings
  • Presenting product and implementation material to clients (understanding, cross product)/ update FAQs) 
  • Own/ talk through client tracker for assigned regional clients
  • Run calls with client management- request AM input as needed
  • Represent Engine at wider SSV forums as required
  • Understanding & updating Service Agreements with partner providers (internal or external)
  • Create client Service Level Definitions
  • Approvals from Risk Stewards where required
  • 10-15 years experience
  • Post Trade Knowledge, experience a must; Custody or Fund Order Routing knowledge preferred but not a must
