As a Legislation Product Manager you will be an integral part of our Product Team providing important legislation updates across HR and Payroll Software, supporting both our internal and external customers. It is a vital role in the business to provide high level legislation consultations around HR, Payroll. This is an exciting opportunity to become member of governance bodies to remain compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network with official policy and decision makers to understand potential legislative drives
  • Responding to customers via various channels to provide answers to high level queries around Payroll and HR.
  • Working with internal Product Design team and wider business advising and assisting them with projects
  • Attending and maintaining position on government consultation forums and professional bodies e.g. CIPP, IPASS
  • Keep up to date with the most recent legislations

About you:

  • You will have experience in payroll for 3 years+ keeping up to date with legislation
  • Have previous experience in working with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
