Role: Product Manager - Advice

Location: London

Onsite: 2 days per week [40% of the month]

Salary: £72,000

I am currently looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our financial services. The successful candidate will have duties of both Product Owner and Product Management functions, requiring strong leadership, collaboration, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Role Overview: As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative change in our Advice products. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for managing the core platform for our Advice products, ensuring optimal user experiences, and aligning with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of a new software platform for our clients Advice Products,.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the Advice claims journey to improve customer satisfaction and product performance metrics.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet business requirements and customer needs.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with the UX team to conduct customer research and inform future roadmap items.
• Develop end-to-end data processes to efficiently manage Advice failures.
• Optimize delivery team performance by tracking, reporting, and improving velocity and processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of active Product Owner or Product Manager experience.
• Demonstrated experience in software/platform transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in understanding and interpreting customer needs and pain points.
• Ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for delivering product roadmaps and Agile ways of working (SCRUM).
• Passion for improving the user experience.
