In this role, you will lead the Research and Development team define, design, and bring to market new and innovative products, while working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape business and product strategy.

This role would suit a Product Development Manager with experience in an instrumentation environment with a proven and successful track record with focus on front end engineering design and optical design

The Role:

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to production across a range of projects
• Manage and track budgets across all areas of Product Development
• Develop and maintain the product/technology strategy roadmap
• Hybrid Role

The Person:

• Experience in an instrumentation environment
• Electronics, mechatronics and/or instrumentation experience
• Experience of Project Management of Manufacturing Scientific Instrumentation
