Join our dynamic team as a Product Development and Design Technician Apprentice in our esteemed Technical and Engineering department. This apprenticeship opportunity is ideal for individuals who are driven, creative, and looking to gain invaluable experience in a cutting-edge industry.

At Anglian, windows are more than might be imagined; we create our own profiles for window and door manufacturing, with in-house designed and developed tooling.  Our department utilises a 3D printer to swiftly produce rapid prototypes of profile designs and components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with experienced professionals in the development and design of innovative products.
• Assist in the creation of technical drawings, prototypes, and product specifications.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input in the product development process.
• Support the testing and evaluation of prototypes to ensure quality and functionality.
• Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard design software and equipment.
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and educational programs to enhance technical skills.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in product development, design, and engineering.
• Basic understanding of technical drawing principles and CAD software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
