Product and Innovations Executive

Your new company
We are working with a FMCG organisation based in Leeds (LS15). They are looking for a Product and Innovations executive to join them on a 12-month FTC. You will report into the product and innovations team. Your new role
To support the product and innovations team in the development and execution of innovation and product renovation projects to deliver brand ambitions and commercial targets.

• Managing artwork for new products and changes to existing product artwork.
• Managing sample requests and ordering process for the product marketing team, including international requests and product queries.
• Ownership of a Product subcategory to manage through the brand review process, identifying brand challenges and opportunities in conjunction with the category team.
• Support the team in the management of the marketing budget, including raising purchase orders and completing any associated admin.
• Attendance at relevant NPD meetings.
• Supporting sales and category in producing sell in materials for the listings and launch of new products.
• Take ownership and accountability for representing the brand team at the brand plans and account meetings of one retailer.

What you'll need to succeed

• IT literate - Microsoft Office (particularly Powerpoint and Excel)
• Data interpretation and analysis
• Strong organisation and time keeping skills
• Ideally some experience of all marketing communications mix (TV, Press, PR, Promotions).
• Experience or qualification in marketing/FMCG
