Job title: Entry Level Procurement Specialist

Location: London/Hybrid

Duration: 6 months initially

The Role:

The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the Category Managers. The Procurement Analyst will support the day-to-day procurement operations for businesses across the source-to-pay lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of quality goods/services to businesses and in alignment with category and buying channel strategies and operational procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee spend below £100k, ensure correct process is being followed.
  • Escalate any non-compliance purchasing to category buyers.
  • Work with category buyers to meet with stakeholders and influence buying strategy.
  • Produce BI spend reporting on tracking of savings and vendor spend analytics.
  • Sourcing tasks/administration
  • Procurement scorecards, dashboards, reporting & analytics.
  • Manage allocation of centralised contracts.

Requirements:

  • Some experience within the Procurement space
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Experience using Excel and Power BI desirable
