Procurement Manager - Part-time 3 days a week - Contract
Public sector experience

A financial services company have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Manager to join their team on a 6-month initial contract, with flexibility of working remotely.

Please note this role will be paid via an umbrella company.

In this role you will..

  • Facilitate online training events that inspire and motivate attendees to build on their technical understanding, resulting in achievement of the learning outcomes
  • Lead the delivery and facilitation of an 'Advanced Course of Deep Dives' to mixed cohorts of procurement practitioners
  • Provide learners with the knowledge, skills and understanding to be able to operate with confidence under the new regulatory regime

Key skills & experience required:

  • Leading and managing procurement capability within the public sector
  • Detailed knowledge of procurement processes, including category management, strategic sourcing, contract management, supply relationship management, purchase to pay (P2P) and supplier risk management
  • Proven training and facilitation experience in educating, enthusing and coaching adult learners, with the ability to create a positive learner-focused online experience
