Procurement Manager. Our client is looking for a Procurement Manager to join and be responsible for the entire procurement activities from strategic planning to implementation of analysis, pricing, selection, delivery and risk mitigation for their outlets and relevant services . Conduct the acquisition and evaluation of proposals for products, systems and services on group-wide basis with stakeholders to achieve optimal results in quality, total cost, and completion time.

Ideal Candidate

  • Relevant work experience within procurement. Ideally within a service led organisation: Retail, Hospitality.
  • Diploma or degree in Business or Finance
  • CPM, CIPs, EIPM or similar certification is preferable
  • Internal/external business consulting experience desired
  • Experience working a multinational environment
  • Experience in managing a cross functional team

Skills Required

  • Excellent stakeholder influencing skills
  • Advanced analytical skills to support complex financial modelling
  • Experience in problem solving and analytical methods is critical
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Category Management expertise
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP (e.g. CheckSCM, ARIBA, Coupa)
  • Strong expertise in using MS Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
