As the Supply Chain Procurement Coordinator, you'll be integral to our business operations, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. Your role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of procurement activities throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with all departments to strategize and prioritize supply chain activities.

Review planned orders and initiate requisitions for raw materials.

Assist Procurement Specialist in various procurement tasks.

Provide coverage for Procurement Specialist during holidays or absences.

Oversee UK Extrusion procurement, including forecasting processes and S&OP.

Monitor order acknowledgments, prepare shortage and backlog reports, and communicate potential interruptions to internal stakeholders.

Track orders, confirm system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.

Review, update, and maintain purchase orders until closure.

Ensure compliance with supplier agreements and contracts, reporting any non-conformances.

Aid finance and logistics teams in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.

Identify opportunities and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.

Procure lamination adhesives.

Manage inventory levels in alignment with budgetary constraints.

Perform other duties as required.

Skills and Knowledge:

Experience with SAP is advantageous, though full training will be provided.

Proficiency in IT, particularly MS Office, with essential Excel skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Capacity to effectively prioritize tasks.

Proficiency in numerical and analytical tasks.

Aptitude for problem-solving.

Benefits/Information:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
