Procurement Administrator

Reed have partnered with a family run business based in Warmley, South Glos, recruiting for an Administrator to join their Procurement department.
Due to an internal promotion, new opportunity to add another full time employee has come available on a permanent basis.
Administrative and customer service skills are key.
Any exposure to new builds, housing, construction, builders merchants/suppliers, gas, plumbing or heating sectors would be advantageous.
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hour week, hour for lunch
Rotate between a 7.30 – 4.30 and a 8-5.00 shift pattern between the team
Free on-site parking
Easily commutable from Bristol, Bath, M4 and Ring Road
As a team of 3, you will be responsible for processing orders of anything between 100-120, and 200-240 orders per day (season dependent)
Duties:
Source materials from suppliers
Liaison between wider areas of business
Quotations
Negotiation of prices
Purchase orders
Work closely with Warehouse department to ensure orders are going out on time
Regular liaison with suppliers
Inventory levels for stock and orders, and replenish where required
Preparation of procurement documentation
Contracts and supplier agreements
