Are you looking for a full-time job that gives you a guaranteed 42 hours a week, a great rate of pay at £13.53 per hour, great work / life balance with only 14 shifts worked in a 4 week period and regular optional overtime paid at £19.70 & £26.26 an hour? If so, you will definitely be interested in our Production Operator job in Bridge of Allan, near Stirling.

As a Production Operator you will be tasked with setting up machines, replenishing raw materials, overseeing the production process and carrying out minor maintenance. You will also be responsible for checking / testing the quality of parts, recording production data and general housekeeping in your work area.

We are keen to speak with you regardless of your work history, as full and ongoing training will be provided to ensure you reach your full potential. Having the right attitude and enthusiasm to succeed will be considered as a major plus point.

You need to be able to work the following shift pattern covering a four-week period:

Week 1 - Wednesday & Thursday Day Shift

Week 2 - Monday & Tuesday Night Shift & Friday, Saturday & Sunday Day Shift

Week 3 - Wednesday & Thursday Night Shift

Week 4 - Monday & Tuesday Day Shift & Friday, Saturday & Sunday Night Shift
