Process Integration Engineer (GaN)

Responsibilities:

Process integration and optimization to improve yield with foundry partners

Collaborate with the design team for the improvement of the device performance

Design and optimization of new process flows and steps for novel power device architectures

Monitoring of the wafers processing in partner foundries identifying and eliminating critical steps

Support on project management, including on-time delivery and quality of wafers and supplies from/to foundries and customers

Data analysis and reports

Other technical or business activities as assigned by the company

To be considered you will need the following:

Experience in process optimization and yield ramp-up for GaN power devices. Previous work experience in a semiconductor foundry is a plus.

Solid knowledge of GaN lateral power devices

Familiar with statistical tools

Willingness to travel to visit partners and customers in Europe and Asia

Fast learning with excellent project management skills and the ability to work under pressure

Good English communication skills (oral and written)

Bachelor/Master/Ph.D degree in electrical engineering, semiconductors, or similar
