The Company
Firmly entrenched as a key supplier into the global manufacturing industry, this successful and growing business has an enviable list of clients across a wide range of sectors including; Automotive, Aerospace, Off-Highway and Rail to name but a few. With a period of growth and continuous improvement focus, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to become a key part of their highly capable Engineering team.

The Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Manufacturing Process Engineer will be key to the development of robust, repeatable and best in class processes around; welding, pressing, fabrication and automation for a variety of customer projects. You will be supporting the selection, integration and commissioning of next generation robotics and automation equipment to integrate into the existing production cells across the site while looking at existing process in order to maximise engineering quality and support NPI.

The Person
With a proven background in Manufacturing and Process Engineering within a metals-based Fabrication, Presswork, Welding and / or Assembly environment, the ideal candidate will be a capable process engineering expert with the ability to drive industry leading manufacturing engineering solutions. Experience of; welding, fabrication, presswork, robotics and automation in a manufacturing / production environment would be highly advantageous as would knowledge of the Automotive / Aerospace or Off-Highway engineering sectors.
