I am looking for an experienced ProcessCommissioning Engineer to work in the Aylesford area. The perfect applicant will have knowledge and experience working on projects within wastewater or water treatment.

Role: Process Commissioning Engineer

Location: Aylesford

Contract: Freelance

Rate: £400-£440 per day- Outside IR-35

When: ASAP

Duties will include:

  • Carry out Commissioning Engineers R&R's
  • Attend commissioning systems inductions
  • Liaise with Design team
  • Review of design deliverables
  • Review and development of Compliance & Commissioning Plans
  • Oversee and sign off FAT and SAT
  • Attend Progress & Commissioning Meetings
  • Compile commissioning documentation
  • Provide input into Commissioning Strategy Reviews and Documentation.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors
  • Assist Training Coordinators
  • Assist O&M Coordinators
  • Distribute Commissioning Log / Daily Diary's
  • Assist in the preparation of take over reports
  • Liaise with complete scheme delivery team.

Skills Required:

  • Proven Electrical commissioning experience
  • Extensive site experience of water & or water recycling operations
  • Practical knowledge of water & or water recycling processes
  • A valid clean UK driving licence

Skills Desirable:

  • Ambitious and dynamic personality
  • MEICA/Civil works multi-disciplined interfacing
  • Experience of working on Water Industry construction projects, preferably with experience of large and complex deliveries
  • Someone with a commitment to Right first time
