Private Residence Chef in St Johns Wood London for a HNW Family
We are looking for an exceptional chef to work full-time in our client’s London residence. The family require a high calibre chef who has 5 years of previous private house experience working in formal households. This is a live-out position. Day to day, the chef will be cooking for the 9 members of the household which include 3 children and 2 nannies.
You will be preparing a simple breakfast, a light healthy lunch and a plated restaurant-style dinner each day. The chef must also be able to handle last minute changes. The family enjoy a variety of cuisines, and are health conscious. They would like you to be inventive and creative with your cooking, with the style of food reflecting that of high-end restaurants. Plan menus according to the family’s preferences and schedule
You will be expected to Estimate food consumption and purchase food accordingly.
Role Overview:
Role: Live out, full time chef for a HNW private family
Style of food: Ukrainian/Russian cuisine, also some modern dishes, creative dishes cooked to a high standard and plated beautifully.
Meals/day: breakfast, lunch and dinner with healthy snacks in between.
Must be fluent in Ukrainian/Russian.
Days working: 5 days on 2 days off.
Starting: ASAP interviews have already started.
Salary: £65,000 p/a
