Private Personal Care Assistant

Hello! I’m a 44 year-old woman with a physical disability. I employ my own team of carers to help me and I'm looking for someone to join the team of 5 who come to help me in my own home. 30 hours p/w. I'm looking for someone motivated, practical, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude to help me at home and to get out and about. I have very limited mobility so require help with personal care as well (for this reason I’m seeking a female carer). No experience is necessary - all training is given. Candidates must be able to drive to help me get out in my car. Flexibility is essential in order to help with holiday and emergency cover if necessary. Days, sleepovers and some weekend working are involved. There is a higher rate of pay for sleepovers. I'm looking for someone honest and kind, with a sense of humour.
