Private equity senior associate
International firm
£120k+

My client is a a global business law firm with lawyers located in more than 40 countries, with over 90 offices throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. They help clients succeed through innovative and pragmatic legal solutions. Their clients range from multinational, Global 1000, and Fortune 500 enterprises, start-ups, public sector bodies and government. The firm's sector groups cover the full range of business law services.

They are now looking for a senior associate to join their prominently ranked private equity department in order to grow the the team further. A host of blue-chip sponsors and portfolio companies operating in the mid-market turn to this firm for assistance in acquisitions, sale processes and investment deals, both domestic and cross-border in nature.

A successful candidate will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
  • Have experience working in a well-regarded City/International/US firm
  • Have a strong background in complex PE deals
