Private Credit Real Estate Analyst, London

Located in Central London our client who sit within the private credit space are experiencing a period of growth and currently looking to bring on board additional support of a Real Estate Analyst.

The role will suit someone with a strong academic background, and have a minimum of 2 years working within real estate investment.

The role will involve carrying out detailed financial analysis, a high level of experience of working with Excel to model is required.

You will work well within a team environment and possess strong communication skills as the role will involve working closely with borrowers and tenants.

Experience of putting together investment valuations and working experience and understanding of net initial yields.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to grow a small but growing team within a large organisation, who can provide a fantastic platform to learn, develop and grow. We anticipate suited to those with between 2 and 4 years of experience, and that you are already working as an Analyst and sit within the real estate space.
