Our client, a leading player in the insurance industry, is seeking dedicated and experienced Private Clients - Complex Household Loss Adjusters to join their team across the UK. Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate property claims proactively and report accordingly, ensuring compliance with client requirements and service standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and contribute positively as part of a team or independently.
• Maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
• Work accurately under pressure, meeting deadlines and service standards.
• Communicate effectively with all relevant parties, prioritizing telephone contact for proactive claims management.
• Promote and uphold Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
• Ensure adherence to contractual/client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Take accountability for the satisfactory resolution of any issues arising.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• High level of knowledge in Property-related claims and principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient in IT with good literacy.
• Demonstrated personal and professional integrity.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
• Minimum Cert CILA / Cert CII, ideally working towards ACILA.
• Ideally, a minimum of 5 years of Loss Adjusting experience.
