Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a Top 30 Accountancy Practice who are looking for a Private Client Tax Manager to join their growing team based in Surrey.

The successful candidate will provide tax advisory services which could possibly cover areas such as Inheritance Tax, Trusts, Estate planning, Non Dom and International clients and Offshore.

Key Responsibilities to include:-

  • Assist Tax Partners, Partners and Directors with more complex enquiries and ensure planning and cross-selling opportunities are identified and followed up.
  • Involvement in any Revenue enquiry matters.
  • Review client base and identify additional opportunities.
  • Work in a team with direct responsibility for the mentoring, developing and training of junior managers & trainees
  • Prepare budgets, complete work within budget and report to Partners on any variances from budget, ensuring that all assignments are carried out in a timely fashion.

Key Requirements:-

  • CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Good working knowledge of Private Client tax planning.
  • Proven track record of successfully mentoring, coaching and leading teams.
  • Excellent level of technical advisory expertise.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Good business development and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Hybrid working is offered.

Salary: Competitive and DOE.
