Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a growing Accountancy Practice who are looking for Private Client Tax Director that can be based in various locations in Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Director or a Senior Manager who wants to progress their career a Top 10 Accountancy Practice.

As a dynamic Private Client Tax Director you will be managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing the compliance process. You will manage the tax team, providing coaching of assignments, conduct appraisals and encourage development of the team to deliver the best quality of work. The position will be across both a corporate base of clients and also private client.


Requirements for the Position:-

  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, AAT or STEP qualified.
  • Previous Mixed Tax experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly in approach.
  • Proven working background in an accountancy practice at a minimum of Senior Manager level.

Salary:-
£90k to £110k
