Private Client / Probate Solicitor
Location: Harrow
Salary: From £35,000+ DOE
PQE: Minimum 1 year - will consider NQ with strong prior Private Client experience

Premier Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Harrow, who are looking to appoint a Private Client / Probate Solicitor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and personable solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE. The firm is also open to considering newly qualified solicitors who can demonstrate significant prior experience in Private Client law as a paralegal or caseworker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on Wills, Inheritance Tax planning, and Trusts
  • Handling the Administration of Estates and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Working on Court of Protection matters
  • Supporting the firm's business development initiatives and engaging with an extensive client base, including access to a large wills bank

You'll be working under the supervision of an experienced Solicitor, offering the ideal environment for professional growth. This is a full-time, office-based role with working hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year PQE in Private Client / Probate, or newly qualified with solid prior experience as a paralegal or caseworker
  • Genuine interest in Wills, Estate Administration, Trusts and associated areas
  • Proactive attitude and excellent client relationship skills
  • Commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
