• This position would suit an experienced Private Client Solicitor who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to progress their career within a forward-thinking practice.
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE in dealing with their own caseload of matters on behalf of diverse client base.
• You will have excellent understanding of Wills, tax planning, probate, estate administration, trust creation and administration and Court of Protection work.
• You will possess excellent drafting and technical skills and have an enthusiasm for taking part in business development and networking activities.
• Experience of managing and supervising team members would be advantageous.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a strong team player who supports colleagues and the work of the team and have a commercial and creative mindset.
