A prestigious private practice law firm in Berkshire us seeking a 7+ years’ PQE Private Client Solicitor to join the Newbury office.  

The ideal candidate will handle a caseload dealing with:

  • Will drafting to include complex and living
  • Probate
  • Estate planning
  • Family inheritance/Capital Gains Tax
  • Inheritance tax planning 
  • Trusts 
  • Elderly care 
  • Lasting powers of attorney

The firm also specialises in a range of Court of Protection matters and related capacity issues.

There is an existing caseload of work to pick up and the firm can largely rely on a dedicated client base offering repeat business and referrals.

You will be joining a team of two other Private Client fee earners.
