Private Client Solicitor

About the role

The successful candidate will join a collaborative and supportive Private Client team and have the opportunity to work on a varied and interesting workload including, but not limited to:

• Advising on wills and trusts, estate planning, personal tax, probate as well as powers of attorneys
• Providing specialist private client, trust and tax planning advice
• Resolving issues in trust law and tax planning and the promotion of initiatives to this end

About the person

The successful candidate will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 1 year of experience gained in Private Client matters.

Moreover, you will have:

• Experience in the preparation of wills, trusts and related private client documents
• Enthusiasm to contribute to marketing and business development activities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A client-focused, commercial approach
