Are you an England & Wales qualified Private Client Solicitor (NQ-4 years' PQE) open to a fully remote position with a leading firm? Then look no further!

My client boasts one of Scotland's leading Private Client teams, and it is seeking an E&W qualified Private Client Solicitor to assist its enviable client base who have complex needs both north and south of the border.

In this position, you would be providing cross-border advice to said clients on English and Welsh wills, powers of attorney, estate and trust administration, estate planning, as well as cross border tax and succession issues, with a considerable amount of exposure to high-net-worth clients.

As the successful candidate, you will have experience of dealing with complex and challenging private client issues, managing your own caseload, a strong commitment to client care and service, motivation to progress your technical skillset, and to be qualified in England and Wales. STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.

With multiple specialist dual-qualified lawyers throughout this team, there is considerable expertise to draw from. This firm is also renowned for the learning and development it offers, so career prospects are strong here.

This opportunity is fully remote, unless you reside near one of its Scottish offices, where you could work from.

Opportunities such as this truly don't come around very often, so if you are an England & Wales qualified Private Client solicitor between NQ and 4 years' PQE and would like to work remotely, please do apply with an up-to-date CV or contact Martin McGhee at G2 Legal.
