About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established law firm located in Bexleyheath, dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to individuals and families. With a strong reputation for excellence and client satisfaction, they are now seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join their team.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of private client law and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of private client matters, including will drafting, estate administration, and trust creation.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to estate planning and wealth management.
- Assist clients with the preparation and execution of lasting powers of attorney and advance directives.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in private client law and regulations.
- Liaise effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in private client matters.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and probate forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Attend client meetings and consultations, addressing inquiries and providing tailored advice and solutions.
- Uphold professional standards and ethics in all aspects of legal practice, maintaining client confidentiality and trust.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of legal services.

Requirements:
- 4 years plus PQE in private client law.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of wills, probate, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload efficiently.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to legal practice, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Membership of STEP or willingness to work towards accreditation is desirable.
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
