This well-established firm in Kent are currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy and profitable team. The successful candidate will have around 1 Years PQE + experience. Dealing with all Private Client matters.

Areas of focus will include:

  • Wills drafting
  • Probate administration
  • Court of Protection / LPA
  • Tax planning and advice
  • Trust set up and administration
  • Limited contentious probate work

Duties will include:

  • Independently managing own varied caseload of private client matters.
  • Responsibility for providing high quality, timely, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Work, Trusts and some Contentious Probate Work.
  • Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.
  • Proactively networking and marketing within the team to generate new business and reputation.
  • Attending clients in their own environment as required.
  • Responsibility for mentoring and assisting more junior team members.
  • Maintaining good billings records within the team.

Required Experience:

  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years PQE with proven experience and knowledge in the preparation of Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and matters.
  • Self-motivated, self-confident and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work with a full caseload in busy office under supervision.
