One of the largest regional commercial law firms in Derby is looking to bolster its existing private client offering with the hire of an experienced and ambitious private client solicitor or legal executive.

This is a full-time permanent role that is accompanied with an excellent benefits and remuneration package to include hybrid working, healthcare, enhanced maternity pay and holiday buy-and-sell scheme. 

You will be a solicitor or legal executive (2 + years’ PQE) who can hit the ground running. You will come on board to manage a varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion, which will include, but not be limited to:

  • Wills & Probate
  • Estate administration
  • Lasting power of attorney
  • Court of protection matters

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious private client solicitor with at least 2 years’ post qualification experience to join one of the most reputable firms in Derby city centre. You'll have full paralegal and legal secretarial support to ensure that you can provide your clients with the best level of service and develop your reputation long term whilst working alongside a vastly experienced and supportive Partner.
