Job Title: Private Client Solicitor/Partner

A well-established and growing law firm is currently looking for a talented Wills and Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy and friendly team. This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with strong regional presence and a reputation for its exceptional standards of legal advice and client service. They are looking for someone who has the desire to progress within their career and follow the pathway to partnership or someone who has already begun to progress down that route.

The Opportunity:

  • Run a varied caseload of Wills and Probate matters to include Lasting Powers of attorney from inception to resolution.
  • Draft, review and manage legal documents pertaining to wills, probate, trusts and powers of attorney.
  • Advise clients on estate planning and asset protection.
  • Contribute towards drafting content and participation in business development opportunities.
  • A comprehensive benefits package is on offer to the successful candidate.
  • A strong career progression plan to be laid out for this candidate with the hope to obtain a pathway to partnership

You will have:

  • Substantial experience in a Wills and Probate role as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
  • Excellent client care skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Managerial experience is desirable but not essential
  • The desire to build strong relationships and be involved in business development.
