QED Legal are keen to speak with Private Client Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executive regarding a role we have for a well-respected law firm in Aylesbury, Bucks

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience within private client, be capable of managing a mixed & varied caseload, work with minimal supervision, and have obtained or working towards a STEP / SFE qualification.

The department is specialist on advising the below:
  • Wills and inheritence disputes
  • Declaration of Trusts
  • Deeds of Variation
  • Probate and Estate Administration
  • Writing and Reviewing Your Wills
  • Inheritence Tax Planning
