A reputable law firm in Sevenoaks are looking for a Senior private Client solicitor.

Currently, there is an open position for a full-time Senior Private Client Solicitor. The ideal candidate should hold specific qualifications and skills: -

A minimum of 4+ years PQE with a strong background in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and elderly client matters. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong educational and technical foundation. - Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working with minimal supervision. - Ability to engage with clients at various levels and exhibit high standards of client care. - A team player with a collaborative approach. - Capable of cultivating business relationships and enthusiastic about networking and business development. - Commercial acumen and an understanding of financial principles. The responsibilities for this role involve performing fee-earning tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, handling a busy caseload under supervision, contributing to the firm's development and marketing in line with business plans, and ensuring a profitable contribution to the department's work.
