THE ROLE: PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/LAWYER

PQE - NQ-2YRS

LOCATION: AYLESBURY

Our clients have an opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor/Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team full-time within their busy Private Client Dept.

Ideally the successful candidate will be NQ - 2 years PQE. You will be working with a team of experienced Private Client Lawyers and support staff. This is fantastic opportunity to progress your legal career as a Private Client Solicitor/Lawyer.

As one of the oldest firms in the area, our clients have a long standing and large client base and have acted for local families for generations.

As a Private Client Solicitor/Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts, lasting powers of attorney and possibly some deputyships.

Our clients’ requirements are:

  • A qualified solicitor/lawyer with a valid practising certificate
  • Strong knowledge of Private Client law, including estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate matters
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A critical thinker with excellent attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in other areas of law, such as conveyancing, is a plus but not required.

Hours: 9-5.30pm

Holidays: Standard plus extra days at Christmas and Bank Holidaiys.

Start Date: ASAP

Salary Region: £35-38,000pa + benefits.
