Description

  • Provide high-quality legal advice to clients.
  • Prepare and review legal documents and contracts.
  • Manage client relationships and build new ones.
  • Work collaboratively with the Secretarial & Business Support team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations.
  • Ensure all legal activities adhere to compliance standards.
  • Participate in business development activities.
  • Liaise with other legal professionals on complex cases.

Profile

A successful Private Client Solicitor should have:

  • A degree in law and a valid practicing certificate.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for client relations.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
