Job Title: Solicitor or Legal Executive - Private Client Department

Position: Full Time

Location: Exeter

Salary: Competitive - Dependent on Experience

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our well-established Private Client team. With offices spanning across various locations, we offer a dynamic work environment, competitive salaries, and an attractive benefits package.

The Role:

As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal services while contributing to the growth and reputation of our firm. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive legal services to clients, ensuring satisfaction and seeking support from team members when necessary.
• Actively promoting the department and firm both internally and externally.
• Maintaining the firm's excellent reputation through efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• At least 3 years of experience handling a full caseload in private client matters.
• Membership in ACTAPS and/or STEP (preferred but not essential).
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
• Proven track record of meeting billing and fee earning targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to market services internally and externally.
• Professionalism, organization, and a proactive attitude towards personal and professional development.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-time

Work Location: In person, with flexibility to travel to various office locations as required.
