Job Title: Private Client Solicitor (3+ Years PQE)

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, DOE

Job Description:

A prestigious law firm in London, renowned for its expertise in private client matters, is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that is highly regarded for its work in estate planning, trust management, and tax advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice to a diverse range of private clients on matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, tax planning, and probate.
• Manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring all client work is completed to a high standard.
• Assist in the management and administration of trusts, including liaising with trustees and beneficiaries.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to provide holistic advice to clients.
• Participate in business development activities to maintain existing client relationships and establish new ones.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years PQE in private client law.
• Strong technical knowledge in all aspects of private client work.
• Proven ability to manage a comprehensive caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
